Cancellation Policies

We suggest you seriously consider the ramifications before canceling your trip. Extra fees can apply, depending on any third party agents and commercial partners. If a tour involves additional service providers considered as Third Party Agents, such as hotels, restaurants, airlines, transportation and others, they may have their own policies, and charge additional cancellation penalties. If you cancel for health or medical emergency, a medical certificate is required, and you will still be charged a cancellation penalty, but this will depend on the tour and third party services. You can change your travel dates or transfer your booking to another person or group.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance that will cover unforeseen circumstances, flight cancellations, lost luggage etc., and medical coverage.
